Occupational Therapists (OTs) help people improve, develop and recover and keep up their ability to do tasks in their daily living and work environments.
They work with people who have conditions that are mental, physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities. OTs not only help people improve basic motor functions and reasoning abilities, but also compensate for permanent loss of function. Their goal is to help people have independent, productive and satisfying lives.
