Physician Assistants (PAs)are supervised a licensed Physician (doctor) to help with the care of patients. This could include reading x-rays, doing physicals and prescribe medications.They can also stitch up a cut or put on a cast.
PAs can specialist like a physician and work in hospitals, clinics, and other health agencies.
In some medical offices, Physician Assistants order the medical supplies and equipment.
Prepare for this career by taking math classes, communication skills, and biology.
