Psychologists are licensed professionals that provide mental and support to clients. This support can be in hospitals, clinics, private business, organizations and/or government agencies.
Through interviewing and testing, they can recognize and identify emotional and behavior patterns. This can include depression, addictions, child psychology, and stress-related incidents.
Being a great listener and facilitator is necessary. Advanced degrees with internships is required. Each state has specialized licenses.
